Error saving changes to database

  • Hi – I have WP Data Access working beautifully to upload data from CSV files, and display it for searching. However if I try to edit the data from WP Data Projects for example, I get “error saving changes to database”. And when I tried deleting a single record yesterday it wiped the entire file. I suspect I have a permissions problem somewhere. What am I doing wrong please?

    Can you share your table definition? You can use the Data Explorer ( > Manage > SQL > Copy to clipboard ) to grab it. Please use the contactform on the plugin website if you prefer to send it in private.
