Hi, I connected the plugin to the e-commerce and I managed to publish some articles. But after posting a couple (about 10) it doesn’t allow me to post any more giving me this error # 21919188 (in the screenshot it says that I have exceeded the limit of free items I can upload, which is 100) But this is not true, in italy the limit is 150, and this does not include the quantity of the articles (eg 10 articles of 10 pieces) .. but I think the plugin is right. I’m not currently planning to upgrade to an unlimited plan because I have too few sales. How can I get around this limit that the plugin imposes? thank you

    Hi @tuttocasaacri

This is a message from eBay telling you that you have gone over your seller limit. It is not a limit imposed by WP-Lister.

eBay counts each quantity as a listing. So, if you try to list 1 product with for example 50 quantities, they count that as 50 items or listings.

This type of message about going over your limit comes directly from eBay, it has nothing to do with WP-Lister. So if you are sure you have not gone over your limit, the quantity multiplied by the sale price is not over your seller limit, and the quantity does not go over the total number of items you can sell then you need to contact eBay seller support about this and ask them why this is happening.

The only thing I can recommend is refreshing your account details by clicking the “refresh details” link on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister’s Settings then trying again. But if that still does not work, you will need to ask eBay why they are saying your seller limit is maxed out and if it is maxed out, you can ask them to increase your seller limit.

You could use the “Custom quantity options” in the listing profile to provide custom stock levels for your eBay listings.

    kind regards,
    John

Hi dear John, Ebay tells me that they have no errors and that they cannot control or be responsible for a third party plugin, and to ask your assistance. In my ebay dashboard I can clearly see that I still have 129 free listings and if I try to enter it manually from ebay it is successful. I tried to do the procedure you told me but it keeps giving the same error

in any case, even if I were to exceed this limit, ebay allows me to publish but by paying a sum of a few cents for each advertisement, it does not block the sale. So I don’t understand why the plugin says I’ve reached this limit and can’t publish anything anymore. It should warn me but not block me from posting new products

I contacted eBay again and they confirmed that even if I put 50 pieces as the quantity of an item it would only deduct 1 from the free listings

For the moment I apologize, I called eBay again and there seems to be a limited on my account because I have too many fast items. I wait for them to unlock my account and then let you know if the problem is resolved. Thank you

I have to wait 45 days to ask ebay support to increase this limit, I’m sorry to lose a lot of having you time, thank you very much support at the top.
