Error sending mail automatically when user fills out form

    Currently, I’m having a problem that when I fill out my registration information, the subscriber doesn’t receive my welcome email.

    I have encountered this before. And before, I used 2 registration forms, then I fixed it by using another list for each form.

    However, recently I used another form again and this problem happened again
