Could be that you missed some field there. You have to know exactly the smtp server address of you email provider, port number and use one of your existing email accounts there to send email through properly.
I configured the SMTP with our test credentials again, just test the form. It submits correctly.
PS: If this exactly plugin causes some crashes on your site, you can install some other, there’s plenty of them available. Just configure it properly.
PS2: if configuring the SMTP cant be accomplished, contact your hosting provider and ask why standard PHP mail function don’t send emails on your site. SMTP is a workaround for such issues. And as you can see your site submits forms correctly with SMTP configured properly.
