error server response code 200

  • Hello,

    Suddenly I cannot see and access to my past sent newsletters in the admin part (on firefox and chrome)
    the list is empty (Nothing here yet! But, don’t fret – there’s no reason to get upset. Pretty soon, you’ll be sending emails faster than a turbo-jet.)

    A message appear in red at the top of the page in regular interval ” An error has happened while performing a request, the server has responded with response code 200 ”
    The BDD tables are still there because I can still visualize the newsletters when I use the link in the past sent emails…

    I have this error in the debug console on firefox
    Erreur dans les liens source : request failed with status 404
    URL de la ressource : ….wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/assets/js/mailpoet.8894ff8b.js
    URL du lien source : parsley.js.map[En savoir plus]

    Could the problem be linked to this ?

    I have not made any change or pluggins add since it went wrong…

    Help please, any idea ?

  • Hi Séverine,

    Can you please try going to your wp-admin > Plugins, deactivate and delete MailPoet.

    Then re-install the plugin and force refresh the browser.

    Did this work? I have reinstalled Mailpoet 3 so many times, I would like to know beforehand if it makes sense.

    sorry for the late reply…
    deactivate and delete MailPoet Then re-install the plugin and force refresh the browser didn’t work. sadly ??

    I thought it could come from the revaccess I am behind
    but I have found some times ago something by luck somehow… when I switch in http instead of https, I am able to see the entire list of the newsletters… I can open one of them and switch back in https … it is strange… but it allow me to access waiting for something better
