    We’re getting the following error messages and not sure what they relate to or how to fix them:

    Errors:
    2021-02-04 14:49:06: Cron: Unknown error. Error: SFW_DISABLED
    2021-02-04 12:44:05: Cron: Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. Error: SFW_DISABLED

    Hello, @boogieboa.

    Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the “Complete Deactivation” option:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress

    It will solve the issue on the version 5.152.5. Did it help?

    Still having a problem with version 5.152.5 having done what you suggested above. Any thoughts?

    Hello, @boogieboa.

    That error means the plugin couldn’t get necessary data from the CleanTalk Cloud.

    Pleas, synchronize data with the servers manually:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> press the button “Synchronize with Cloud”

    Please, make sure, that the plugin is updated to the latest version: 5.154.

    Press the button “Synchronize with cloud” in the plugin settings:

    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk
