Error Shop Page – Oops! There was an error loading the content. Error: Object(..

  • Hi! Help please! It seems my shop page was the only one affected. This error has appeared at the top:
    “Oops!

    There was an error loading the content.

    Error: Object(…) is not a function”

    I’m not sure what content the error is referring to…Please tell me how I could possibly fix this (in the simplest terms possible)…not very advanced user here.

    @shenshan I just checked the page you mentioned and couldn’t notice the error you mentioned. It could be because of the wrong JS file unloaded on the shop page. If you’re still getting the error (perhaps you only see it if you’re logged in and it’s not there for guest visitors), please append /?wpacu_no_load to the URL to load it as if Asset CleanUp Pro is deactivated (on-page request for debugging purposes). Let me know if you’re still getting the error. Also, check other shop pages if the same error is still there. I could then think of an alternative solution based on your findings.
