Error shows at the top of my dashboard after activating Shatner – Name your Own Price Integration for WooCommerce

I’be tried adding php after ‘<?’ of name_price_wc_plugin.php but samething happens.
Is it possible that it is a theme conflict, I’m using Advocator Theme (https://goo.gl/61TTPk), cause I’ve tested on my other site and it works well.
