Hi,
I have the same problem. After updating Matamo from 4.13.3 to 4.13.5 I can’t open Matomo in the WP-dashboard and its submenues. And after trying this the WP-dashboard is very slowly or doesn’t function. I made the steps @emermatomo you described, but the problem still exists. How can I restart my webserver?
