    Hi,

Your plugin’s done wonders for our emails!

But since updating to WooCommerce 3.0, there’s a strange error. On some emails, (i.e. Customer Note), the borders of some of the fields have been unbolded. On other emails (i.e. Completed Order), they appear as they should. Please click on this image for a comparison of the two emails: https://imgur.com/a/7j8Qe

I don’t know if this connected, but since the update we’ve also been getting a “Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, object given in” …/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on lines 104, 106 and 109.

Would you know if these errors are related to the update, and is there anything we can do about it?

    Thanks.

Hi, just a follow-up to let you know that it’s not your plugin causing the issue. It was caused by an update to another plugin that was overriding WooCommerce email files.
    Sorry for any inconvenience.

You should probably know that the error “Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, object given in” is still showing, although it doesn’t seem to be affecting anything.

Hi im getting same warnings “Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, object given in” right after checkout! How do i get rid of it, any help?

    Hi there,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I just released version 1.0.3 of the plugin which should solve the problem.

Thanks Paul, I’m no longer seeing the error after updating just now.

Which plugin are you talking about? Im still getting it!!

Well, this plugin – Decorator ??

Are you sure you are running Decorator version 1.0.3 and seeing the “date() expects parameter 2 to be long” error?

    Paul

No im not using Decorator plugin. but i get this warning right after finish the checkout. Under order details where its supposed to say date

This particular support thread is for a bug in Decorator which is now fixed.

If you are not using Decorator, then your issue is unrelated and is caused by some other plugin/theme/code on your site in which case there’s nothing I can do to help, unfortunately.

    Paul

Oh sorry! I was looking for help and come over to this.

But if this is fixed so its mane the code functions.php on lines 104, 106 and 109 has been changed?

No, those lines are fine, the problem was with a variable that our plugin Decorator was passing to WordPress date() function. The function itself is fine.

You have some other code on your site that is calling WordPress date() function incorrectly.

    Paul

Yeh you are right it was the thankyou.php file
