Error: “Site cannot be reached” (after installing plugin)

  • Hello,

    I looked over existing topics, but couldn’t find the right answer or solution.
    I recently installed new plugin, everything seemed fine, but when i tried to view my home page, i couldn’t reach the site because of the error: “This site can’t be reached
    192.168.1.222 took too long to respond.” This only happens when I’m trying to visit hompage, other pages works with no problem.
    I tried to restart DNS, but that didn’t helped, I also deleted that plugin I lastly used.
    Maybe I should try something else?

  • If the problem disappeared after uninstalling the plugin then the plugin was defected. You can try an alternate plugin or try contacting theme developers if they can release a patch of something.

    The site still doesn’t work even I deleted the plugin. Is it still can be defected plugin or it’s just coincidence?

    What error do you see? Are you able to access you wp-admin?

    When I try to visit my website homepage, this simply can’t be loaded, I’m getting this: “This site can’t be reached 192.168.1.222 took too long to respond.” I can still reach my wp-admin, when I try to customize my homepage i’m just getting a blank page (no error code or something). Homepage is the only part which i cannot reach, other pages seem to work normally.
