I am trying to upload two products. Product 1 was previously uploaded but then I think I tried to update it while it contained “illegal” values. Now I get the error message for file type. When I upload product 2 I have no issues with the file. It is like there is something wrong with product 1. I have tried to delete product 1 and re-upload it but woocommerce seems to remember it. Can anyone help get rid of all trace of product 1 from woocommerce.

    Hi @quintusg,

You can use: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-phpmyadmin-extension/ to access your database via PHPmyAdmin to find and delete the database entry.

**Before you do that, please do make a full backup!**

If you have no experience editing the database, I would recommend to work with your web developer for this.

    Kind regards,

It’s been a while since we last heard back from you. I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a way forward with the issue – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
