Error: Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination

When selecting the option “Disable out of stock for variation product attribute item” we get an error message “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination” even for combinations that truly have stock.

If deselected, everything works fine, except of course none of of the out-of-stocks are blurred.

A second topic: Would be nice if this would work with Instock Notifier plugin, so customer could select the out-of-stock blurred out option and get e-mail notifications when that particular color/size would be available.
