Error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

  • Hi support,

    For a few months, I have an issue when I load overview page of the plugin… displaying this error message : “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” It’s the same for all the pages of the plugin while I have an admin account… Nevertheless, transactions seems to work well !
    Can you help me to fix this issue ?

    Could you update WooCommerce to the latest version 9.4.1?
