We’re seeing the following errors when trying to clone a site (using MultiSite Clone Duplicator) on a wp multisite:

    ERROR SQL ON : SELECT , submit_time FROM wp_57_cf7dbplugin_submits WHERE submit_time LIKE “%https://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/41%”

WPDB ERROR : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘ submit_time FROM wp_57_cf7dbplugin_submits WHERE submit_time LIKE “%https://doma’ at line 1

We initially network activated CF7DB. How can we deactivate from a network site once activated? I don’t see an option for that. Are there any risks to the network sites of deleting the plugin?

Any ideas how we can solve this?

I’m not familiar with MultiSite Clone Duplicator but clearly it is messing up something.

You should be able to network-deactivate any plugin from the WP dashboard if you are the superuser.

You can safely uninstall the CFDB plugin or delete it’s files.

    Thanks for responding Michael! ??

If we delete the plugin, will it also delete all the stored CF submissions from each network site?

No, at least not by default.

On the Contact Form DB -> Options page, the last option on the page controls whether or not CFDB should delete everything when it is uninstalled. Unless you changed it, it should be set not to delete anything.

When you uninstall this (or any) plugin, WP will show a standard message asking if you want to uninstall the plugin and all its data. That doesn’t mean anything regarding the CFDB data.
