Error Status 404 Not Found

  • Users are receiving an Error Status: 404 (Not Found) error when trying to preview any documents site wide.

    I tried going to Permalinks and clicking save, but this did not fix the issue.

    I also noticed that the links to the documents are # (would think that the permalinks save would fix this).

    Running WordPress 5.5.1
    Memphis Documents 3.10.10
