Error stops Gutenberg from working

I was able to update a page “Vital Planet Home of…” page and add a few blocks. After saving the draft I can no longer add any blocks. I tried short keys and hover and it stops working completely. I was able to get working again by going Incognito but even that stopped working after saving as a draft.

Not sure if the error above is related but it’s the only one in the console.
