error subscribe

    I deleted my entire contact base unintentionally. Now I am at least trying to re-subscribe and this error message arrives at the site home. “Oops Algo deu errado. Por favor, tente novamente mais tarde.”….. The Debu says:[2019-08-08 15:51:45] ERROR: Form 1976 > Mailchimp API error: 400 Bad Request. Forgotten Email Not Subscribed. pedr******@gm***.com was permanently deleted and cannot be re-imported. The contact must re-subscribe to get back on the list.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please note that for security reasons MailChimp.com does not allow adding subscribers again from a 3rd party plugin (API) such as ours if you deleted them directly from MailChimp.com.

    The only way to add them is directly from your MailChimp.com or from their own hosted forms. This is a restriction placed by MailChimp.com and we do not have any control over it.
