    Hello Justin,

    Without being able to access your website it would be difficult for us to find the source of this issue. Also please note, our plugin requires access to a file located inside the “wp-admin” folder. If you have locked access to this folder then our form submission won’t work.

    Which file? I presume wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?

    Yes that is correct. We need this file to process the form.
