Can you please try to do a quick conflict test so we can exclude conflicts with other plugins, namely security plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure. How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Sorry for this is not my thread. If have this error, too. In my case it is a conflict with the plugin WP-SpamShield.

hello, sorry for the delay in responding. I did the conflict test and it appears that the conflict is with WP-SpamShield plugin. Login and account registration work perfectly on the affected computers in the same browser session when the plugin is deactivated. When it is activated the error message is received.

Ultimate Member is listed on WP-SpamShield’s Known Issues and Plugin Conflicts list. They’ve been known to conflict for quite some time. As a temporary workaround, you can currently use these plugins together if you check the option for “Disable anti-spam for miscellaneous forms” in the WP-SpamShield settings.
