Error that admin account needs approval

    Hello all,

    My admin account has been blocked. I get the error: “FOUT: Uw account moet eerst door een beheerder geaccepteerd worden, voordat u zich kunt aanmelden.” In English it is something that your account needs admin approval before you can logon.

    The problem is that it happens with my admin account that I am using for years now.

    My question is how I can enable my admin account so I am able to login.

    Creating a new account and modify it later, does not solve this issue as the new account needs admin approval… And an admin is unable to login.

    One of the last things I did was changing the admin email address…

  • Do you have a security plugin running? If so you can disable this by using ftp or your host’s file manager software to temporarily rename the plugin’s folder.

    That’s the Solution. I renamed wp_user_acceptance and I was abel to login again. Thanks For the hint.
