    Hi,

    Whenever a user is going to buy a product, he is getting this message “the discount is expired” and this does not happen always, sometimes it happens.

    please check this issue.

    Have you resolved this issue? If not please send in a Support request via our website and our team will look into this. What I would check first is any caching plugins active on the site and if you do have any, make sure to exclude the Checkout page.
