Error: The file 'wp-config.php' already exists.

Sooo I’ve created literally dozens of WordPress websites and this is the first time I’ve seen this error. I can confirm via ftp that I do not have more than one copy of wp-config in the website root directory. I have looked at two pages of Google search results on this with zero help. The site appears to be successfully installed and I am successfully logged into the backend. I have even added numerous plugins and a theme already. I can go to other pages within the site on the frontend, the shop page for example: https://magdalenestl.werremeyer.com/shop/ I only encounter this error when I go to the homepage: https://magdalenestl.werremeyer.com/ Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this issue?
