I am getting an error when testing a contact form while logged out. It works while logged in.

I have been using WP Forms for a long time on similar server setups and never had a problem until today. I’m confused. I have disabled caching on that page and I have set SiteGround optimization to disable minify js and combine js. The form is still not working.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

SOLVED: If in SiteGround optimizer I turn OFF “Defer Render-blocking JavaScript” it seems to work. But is it possible that I can ONLY turn off for those files as indicated in the article (https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-troubleshoot-javascript-issues-in-wpforms/#identifying-js-issues)?

I have a drop down box of options to choose. I can’t type I have to choose.
    the options are
    jquery-migrate.min.js
    jquery.min.js

    Hey @bexmarie,

    Thanks for writing in!

I searched on the internet, and it seems that SG optimizer does not allow excluding specific files from Defer Render-blocking JavaScript. In this case, I would suggest you check with the SG Optimizer team and see if they can share any workaround.

In the meantime, if you have any other questions about WPForms lite, please feel free to reachout.

    Kindly,

    Hey @bexmarie,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
