Just installed your plugin, and created an account. Going to the api_keys section on your website, grapping the key and secret. Inserting it to your plugin, and it shows these 2 errors:

“The mailjet plugin is enabled but your credentials are not set. Please do so now to send your emails through Mailjet”

“Please verify that you have entered your API and secret key correctly. If this is the case and you have still this error message, please go to Account API keys (https://www.mailjet.com/account/api_keys) to regenerate a new Secret Key for the plug-in.”

I’ve tried regenerating the key twice, but without any luck.

    What to do?

    Hello unicco,

Could you please send us your API/Secret key and the email address you’re trying to connect to [email protected] ? Also could you please verify that you have cURL extension enabled.

    Thanks,

    Mailjet team

Your way too slow, I changed to SendGrid instead – works perfectly

    Hey Unicco,
Sorry to hear that. We had a change in personnel regarding our integration queries which created the delay.
Don’t hesitate to ping us direct at [email protected] should you have any questions or concerns going forward.
    Regards,

This is not resolved. I’m still getting this error message. It refuses to actually save the API key and Secret key on the Mailjet Settings page. I have tested sending through the address I’ve specified previously (not with this plugin) and that has all worked properly using my api/secret key.
