Hi, I have the plugin installed but stopped updating, so i try to reconnect and when I put the place ID this message appear: “Error: The provided API key is invalid.”

The place id is ok, i don′t know what could it be.

    Hi @javicapra,

We found your email, it was Jan 18 and in the same day we had answered. Did you check junk folder?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

Hi I am having a similar issue, but my plugin is just not working

Error: The provided API key is invalid

    Hi @sharepal,

Most likely the problem is that you saved the Google API key incorrectly, many clients find their Google Place ID and save it instead of the API key. Although the API key needs to be created in the Google Console and this is not a Place ID. Please check that you have created exactly the API key according to the description from the page Google Reviews / Support / Full Installation Guide. If it won’t help, send debug information to support[at]richplugins.com (NOT here).

    Thanks!
