It’s not that one. Have a look again at my tutorial here: https://meowapps.com/how-to-debug-wordpress/. I have added a screenshot of the screen you should look at; read the paragraph right above it one more time. You need to find the exact response from the server.

By the way, you didn’t find anything in your PHP Error Logs? Do you mean it’s empty? Generally, the answer is there ??

This “Sorry, no pages was found” is the issue. It breaks the reply from the server.

I don’t know which plugin or theme is doing that. Could you switch to a different them and try again? If it works, please tell me which theme you are using, the developers should be contacted.

Otherwise, you will need to turn off all your plugins, except Media Cleaner, and try again. If it works, then you will need to enable them one by one and try again until you find out which one does that.

Alternatively, if you have a local install with the same issue, you can look for the “Sorry, no pages was found” in all your WordPress folder to find out which plugin/theme could potentially output that. I looked on my side, I have no plugins with such string and the WordPress core doesn’t have it neither.

Strangely, when I look for “Sorry, no pages was found” on Google, I find issues related to Flatsome… so I am afraid this is coming from Flatsome. It would be better to ask them why. I really would like to know why too.

Yes, it is the flatsome theme; and the WP Google Maps plugin too.
I think, the compatibility discussion should be held inbetween develpers of themes and plugins.

You are a customer, so basically they should fix it for their customers. It’s actually a bug from the theme, this output has nothing to do in an Ajax query, and it also not a compatibility issue with my plugin, but it will make hundreds of plugins fail during asynchronous operations. Could you drop them a message through the customer support, with a link to this support thread?

I am also having this same error. Unfortunately, because it is a huge university multisite currently in use, I cannot turn off all the other plugins as you suggested above when helping the other user. However, I am not sure that is the issue anyway because the error only comes up once the scan has finished scanning 200 posts…the first 200 posts seem to scan fine, but once it hits 200, the error appears and keeps appearing even when I select “Skip this entry”. Any ideas?

Hi @robcutforth. Issues are different from everyone, so it’s better to start a new thread ?? Some debug will be necessary, as the issues can have an infinity of causes. Please have a look at the PHP Error Logs, that is by far the most important step.

Im getting a lot of this erros, where is the erros_log file? I picked the one in the root of my wordpress folder, but it doesnt have anything related with Media Cleaner.

Also, Media Cleaner is cleaning my thumbnails, but not the main image that is not used anywhere… how can I solve this?

What errors do you get exactly? You should fix those errors, especially if they are not related to the Cleaner, they might actually stop the process (and not only Media Cleaner, but also many others plugins and WordPress itself).

Where can I check the errors? I checked the file errors_log that is located in the root of my directory, but nothing says about Media Cleaner
