Error “The reply sent by the server is broken.”

    Hi,

    When starting the scan media library, I will always get an error “The reply sent by the server is broken.“. Why and how to solve it? I use “retry” but the error still exists.

    I check the php error log and see the following line:

    [13-Mar-2024 11:15:28 UTC] Cron reschedule event error for hook: mwai_tasks_internal_run, Error code: invalid_schedule, Error message: Event schedule does not exist., Data: {“schedule”:”mwai_5mn”,”args”:[],”interval”:300}

    Is this error cause the issue?

    I disable a plugin and now the scan completes. However, after moving all unused items to trash, when I try to empty the trash, I will get “The reply sent by the server is broken.” error again. It seems the tool will delete some items, and then a timeout occurs and it reports that error.

    The Cron log shouldn’t be linked to the server response being broken during a scan. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the plugin and that you haven’t disabled the “Clean Output Buffer” feature in advanced settings, as this could be the root of the issue.

    You can inspect your network when this error occurs and check the server response to see why it returns as broken. If you’re unable to empty your trash properly, please follow this documentation that will assist you: Can’t empty the trash (notion.so)
