    Hi,

I was working on setting up our first export and the plug-in is designed very nicely and seems to work well. However, I came across an error (“The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”) I had gotten the error a bit earlier tonight and removed one of the fields from the export and the error went away. However, I removed all fields from the export and added one field (Order Number) and still got the same error.

I turned debug on and got the following:

    =========================================================================
Warning: WC_Order_Export_Engine::build_file_full(): failed to call filter function in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/49/42018449/html/wp-content/plugins/woo-order-export-lite/classes/core/class-wc-order-export-engine.php on line 548

Please let me know if you need any other information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sincerely,
    Scott

    Hello Scott

Could you open section “CSV” and uncheck “Product rows start with a new line” ?
    thanks , Alex

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for your fast reply. I unchecked that checkbox and it seems to work now.

Do you know if this is an obscure bug in the plug-in that you will try to fix in the future, or is this something that was specific to a value in one of the fields of one of the records that could have caused this?

Either way, I can write the import routine that will import this csv file to not expect products on separate lines without too much trouble.

Thank you again for your fast reply. I feel embarrassed that I didn’t try to disable that checkbox during my troubleshooting of this issue.

    Have a great day.

    Sincerely,
    Scott

    hi

    1. Could you open “Misc Settings”, mark “Enable debug output” and try to export again ? Will you see error message ?

    2. please, visit >WooCommerce>Status, tab Logs and review last “fatal-error-xxx” file.

    thanks, Alex

I enabled debug output and got :

thank you for detailed reply, but it’s not the same problem.
