Error: The Stripe Gateway

    Hello,

    when I do a test with stripe I got this error:
    “Error: The Gateway Strike returned an error while processing the donation.”

    I put give in test mode and used a test bank card
    I add the whebooks also in stripe
    I do not understand what is the problem

    Hi there!

    I’m glad you reached out here. That error message you see on the front end is accompanied by a more comprehensive error on the back end in the Give logs. You can see the logs at Donations > Tools > Logs and then click on the individual error’s eye icon. Copy and paste that error message in your reply here.

    I’m happy to take a look at the front end of the site to see if I can spot anything, as well. Please pass along a link to a form where I can see the problem live. Thanks!
