    Hi @choooo!

That error message isn’t one of Jetpack’s but let’s see if can find out what is triggering it. Can you access your site’s error logs? Check there for any recent errors messages.

Also would be worthwhile contacting your host to see if they are able to access any other information about what is causing the trouble.

Let us know if we can help further!

    Hi,
Same error here after the update. If I disable W3Total Cache I can log in again. W3 Tot hasnt been updated for a while. So the conflict comes from Jetpack

    Hi @outcats85

There was a premature release of 4.2 last night. Would you mind deleting Jetpack, and re-installing via the Plugins page? This should reinstall 4.1.1.

Once you’ve done that, try re-activating W3 and see if you get the same error.

    Best,
    Cena

    Yes sure.. thanks

While 4.2 was rolled back, it was for a different issue (one only impacting multisite setups with millions of users) so we’re not yet sure what caused this issue.

Your help is greatly appreciated, so we can figure out what went wrong before we re-release this version (aiming for Monday at this point).

@outcast85: Can you let me know your cache settings so I can try to duplicate? What is your site’s URL?

@choooo: Can you let me know any other plugins you have running and your site’s URL?

If you wish to remain private, you can send us a note via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/

    Thanks!
