ERROR: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backen

  • Hi, we are running the latest version of BlogShop, but the site is getting a fatal error. When I go in in recovery mode I see this message:

    ERROR: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend

    Can you suggest anything please?

    More: I put the php version back to 7.2 and restored the site to early Dec. The site came back up, but when I tried to change to anything later than php ver. 7.2 I get the fatal error.

    Suggestions? Thanks.

    Sorry, anything later than 7.4 doesn’t work.
