• When we try to log in, we get “Error Thrown: Call to undefined method WPGMZA\ProPlugin::isUserAllowedToEdit()”

Using FTP, I deleted the WP Google Maps Plug-in referred to and that did not help. I tried re-installing the Plug In via FTP with no luck. So I disabled all my plug ins via FTP by rennaming the folder to plugin.hold. I still can’t log in.

Since the error message specifically refers to the Pro version of the plug in, which we had just installed, shouldn’t deleting the plug in work? Where do I go from here?

I am out of my element, but trying. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). I know you mentioned already doing this, but just in case it wasn’t done properly. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
