    error thrown when leaving review on the product page… here is the error

    any solution… cos, when i disabled your plugin, the review works perfectly.

    What type of review is this, WooCommerce? Did this only start happening when you added a specific send event? The error would indicate an issue with trying to send a review reminder email. You mentioned in one of your many other threads that you’re trying to set up review reminders. If you remove those, does it work? If so, then try creating a new email and send event and seeing if it works then.

    when i activate your plugin and a customer try to dropped a review on any product, that error showed up. but if i deactivate your plugin the buyers were able to dropped review on any product.

    We are experiencing the same problem with the same WordPress configuration on both live and staging sites. We have a single send event configured for “Product Purchased”. However, this send event is not enabled as we are currently testing the plugin and yet “The site is experiencing technical difficulties” error is thrown when submitting a Woocommerce product review. With WP-DEBUG on we see the same fatal error as the original poster.

    We can reproduce the error with a default WordPress theme as well as turning off all other unrelated plugins. The problem occurs when we activate Ultimate WP Mail.

    If needs be, we can send you WordPress login credentials to help track down the problem.

    That still sounds like it isn’t set up correctly.

    Are you also on PHP >= 7? If so, try replacing the EWD_UWPM_Send_On_Actions.php file (found in the Functions folder of the plugin files) with the one here: https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/Screenshots/EWD_UWPM_Send_On_Actions.php

    Does that make a difference?

    Yes, we are running PHP 7.3.

    There has been no “set up” except for a single email which we have not sent. The only option we changed was not to send an unsubscribe link. On the dev site we have not even set up a “Send Event”. So there is not set up per se; a single option unchecked and a test email created.

    The link you sent is to a PHP file which of course returns an error. Can you send the file as a .zip or simply change the extension to .txt?
