Too many redirects

    Hello,

    I just launched a new website, everything went fine
    yesterday 15/12, but in the evening the site was not
    reachable due to ‘Error too many redirects’.

    I reached the site through and FTP client and deleted the
    .htacces file, disabled 301 .htaccess redirect and saved the
    permalinks again.

    Can I still get this error with the WordPress 301 redirect?

    Can this plugin create a conflict with W3 Total Cache?

    A bit more info:
    – Varnish is not active
    – Two SSL certificates get A+ rating
    _ WordPress Address & site adress both start with: https://

    But in the error log I have this message (From the day wordpress was active)

    [ssl:warn]server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name

    Hi @pjvi,

    your site seems to be working fine on SSL currently. Do you still experience any issues? In regards to the server certificate, we recommend to contact your hosting provider about this. They can check why the ID is not included. This doesn’t seem to be causing an issue on your site.

    Really Simple SSL won’t conflict with W3 total cache.

    I didn’t experience more issues, just wanted to
    check if I could something more to prevent it.

    Same issue after the last update.
    I’ve noticed that the site is not well displayed only when I try to reach it with the inprivate browser (chrome or explorer/edge).
    Any idea?

    could you provide us with your site address so we can have a look? Do you see an error when accessing the site in private/incognito mode?

    Hi @apartamentoelllano,

    could you try if pressing the ‘Reset Let’s Encrypt’ link in the top right corner of the wizard resolves the issue? This will completely reset the wizard which should allow you to continue.
