Error trying to buy tickets

  • Hello.

    When trying to access the ticket the following error appears:

    Sorry, but there are Currently in tickets for sale. Please try again later.

    Is functioning normally and suddenly began appearing this message, already checked all the items as number of valid ticket, future date …

    I wonder if you can help me?

    These are the criteria the plugin checks before setting that error; there must be at least 1 ticket that meets all of them:

    * Ticket’s post status is Published
    * Ticket’s quantity is above 0
    * Ticket’s remaining quantity is above 0
    * Ticket’s availability range must be contain the current date
    * If the ticket has reservations and the unreserved tickets are sold out, there must be at least 1 reservation left

    The only way you’d see that error should be if there aren’t any tickets that meet all of those.
