Error – Un problema se produjo al procesar su pago.

  • Al intentar hacer una compra de prueba, me muestra el siguiente error “Un problema se produjo al procesar su pago. ?Esta seguro que ha rellenado correctamente toda la información en el formulario de checkout?” Estoy usando la opcion de pagar con tarjeta de credito/debito y estoy usando mi tarjeta Mercado Pago para realizar la compra de prueba.

    ?Como puedo arreglar este error?

    hi cuentabaratas,
    Are you using a real card in a sandboxed environment? If so, then it will give that error as you can’t mix real-world data with test context. To test payment you can use this cards.

    Hello, thanks for the reply. I deactivated sandbox mode and its still displaying the same error. What can I do to fix this?

    If not, please install/update to the last version of this plugin. From v2.2.0 onwards, we’ve made several optimizations. If you’re still stuck, please check and inform us what is appearing in your logs.
