    Users of our on-line form are receiving an error when they click the “Send Your Message” button after filling out the form. Error, in a RED bar says “We were unable to process your form, please try again.” If they click the button a second time, the message seems to go through. How can we correct this?

    Hi @asragreg,

    We have submitted the form, but we did not find any issues. It seems your site has a cache, so you are having difficulties submitting the form.

    We suggest excluding the form page from your cache plugin settings, or you can consult with the respective cache plugin author once.
