Error – unable to send payment request

    Hi,
    I have the pro version. I’ve installed and configured for paybill number but when one checks out and press pay the below error message is displayed
    Error, unable to send payment request.
    Please assist with setting up the plugin to work.

    Hi @sirobeezy,

    I hope you managed to reach out to us on email([email protected]) where the replies are faster and the issue resolved. Replying for future reference: The “Error, unable to send payment request” error is usually caused by invalid Daraja key/secret configured(consumer key, consumer secret) or pass key. This could also happen when you have configured a Sandbox endpoint but using Production credentials or vice versa.
