Error: “Unexpected identifier” to open datepicker

I can’t open the datepicker in my page or post.

I inspected the element and return it: “Unexpected identifier”

The error is in this code snippet:

jQuery(document).ready(function() {    
    jQuery('.wphostelDatePicker').datepicker({
        dateFormat : 'd 'de' MM 'de' yy', 

I installed a new WordPress in localhost, use a default theme of WP, installed the plugin and there the same error.

How we can solve this issue??
