Error upload images

    I can’t upload any images. The error:

    An unexpected error occured. This is most likely due to a server misconfiguration. Check your PHP error log or ask your hosting provider for assistance.

    My provider says:

    It is a programming error . What the error is saying is that its programming is trying to insert into the database a “null ” in a field that does not allow ” null “

    ” … Column ‘value ‘ can not be null … “

    You will need to either modify the program so that it is not null, or overwrite the table in the database so that if supports null values.

    What is the next step?

    @mctoth – That is a new detail for a report of this nature, did you try what your provider suggested? If you need assistance with that, perhaps they can do it for you?

    I thought it was’nt necessary to make changes to the database in first steps. I’ll have to do it trhought phpmyadmin? This value must be changed only on gallery folder?

    I can do it myself, but not found explanation trought the search engine

    @mctoth – The database settings are not a folder related item … and, yes, you will most likely need to use something like phpMyAdmin to make the necessary changes.

    Hallo, I have the same issue.
    0 images were uploaded.

    When I look at the log, I see these errors:

    [Fri Feb 5 03:29:22 2016] [error] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_entity() on a non-object in /www/site1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/datamapper/package.module.datamapper.php on line 363

    What can be done with this?

    I think my problem is related to the compatibility with WPML. I’m in contact with them.

    I’ll tell you if it solved from WPML
