Error Uploading Files to Media Library

  • I have a fresh install of WordPress and I am trying to upload media to the media library. When attempting to upload through Media->Add New->Upload I get a message that says “Error saving media attachment.” When trying to upload an image while making a post, I get an error that says “The uploaded file could not be moved to D:\Hosting\10284916\html/wp-content/uploads.” Is this a common problem and if so how do I work around it?
