Error uploading new file

Hi, I’ve been using Enable Media Replace successfully for months, but this morning I attempted to replace one of my files, and after selecting Upload, I received this error message:
This site can’t be reached. The webpage at https://nancyspizza.com/wp-admin/upload.php?page=enable-media-replace%2Fenable-media-replace.php&action=media_replace_upload&attachment_id=767&_wpnonce=5692493d4f&noheader=1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR.
