Error – Uploading Pics

    Hey guys,

    Recently I am unable to upload pictures to the WP media library (using Enfold).
    I keep getting the following error, ‘An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.’
    When I check the media library I can see a file has been uploaded but there is no thumbnail and I can’t use it (i.e. uploading to make an addition to a slider).

    If I go into the ‘attachment details’ I can see the jpeg upload and file size but no picture.

    However, when I go to edit the pic using the ‘edit more details’ the picture is present.

    I have deactivated all plugins, but this has had no effect.
    I have also tried to increase memory in the wp-config.php file using (define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘68M’);
    But alas nothing has worked to date.

    All or any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi adagiono1,

    Since you have already tried deactivating all plugins and that didn’t have any results, try switching to one of the default WordPress themes temporarily, to see if it may be related to the theme.

    Switched Themes and I could upload no problem.
    The issue is with the theme.
