    1. We want to use this plugin with no user permissions – open to all viewers who access the link. A user can view the course videos with any browser EXCEPT Chrome Incognito or Safari (with default settings) – both of which display this error when you try to click a course.

MissingKeyMissing Key-Pair-Id query parameter or cookie value

Is there anything we can do to avoid this?
    2. And if this is intentional design (because of user tracking), we have also tried to make a simple user with open permissions but can’t get a login page to display to get someone enter the username. Please let me know the correct settings to use to achieve this workaround.

Hey there, I’m one of the developers and I’ve just taken a look at this. This issue is related to your modules. Your modules load data from a third party site and this site seems to require some cookies to be in place to validate the request. I’m not sure if this is the standard but if you open a new incognito tab in chrome there should be a toggle to enable/disable blocking of third party cookies. If you disable this your modules work fine.

There’s really nothing we can do about this from our end, it’s just the way your modules are built and that the site it fetches the content from requires these cookies.
