    Hi,
it seems that we get error message:
“Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.”

all the time on the page. If I go and do the connection again, it starts to work for a day or two. We haven’t changed the password. Is there any way to make sure this connection would work? Is this the same way in a paid version or is this the way to get us to buy the pro?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @tulip11,

I hope you are doing good, Sorry for the inconvenience but this error comes directly from Facebook API. Facebook invalidates the sessions due to security reasons and the only way to make it work is to make the connection again with the app.

I am not sure why they are invalidating your account frequently but usually, this error doesn’t come up so often. There is nothing related to strict the users to buy the pro version.

You can create a support ticket on Facebook support forum to ask why it’s inavlidating your account frequently even you don’t change the password.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
sorry to bother you again! I was wondering could this been happening because I got several Facebook accounts where I’m the admin. And I log in with the same info every time. Everytime I connect one of them, another gets broken usually on a next day. So they don’t all have different log in info.
    Thanks again!

    Hi @tulip11

No worries, we will try our best to help you in every possible way.

Are you connecting your Facebook Account to any different plugin?

    (@tulip11)

Yes, there is couple of other plugins that we use in some sites and those are connected to that same Facebook account. Is that a problem?

Yes, that could be the reason because when you authenticate your Facebook account with another plugin it assigns the new access token and Facebook invalidate the previous access token

Oh, too bad! But if all of them uses the same plugin, it would not been the problem?

Yes, I am not 100% sure but if you use the same plugin it will have the same Facebook Apps so it might work properly.
