Error Version 2.6.8 hide users

Verify that imported users have a usermeta account_status and a proper value in the wp_capabilities usermeta (usually this is an array of assigned roles).

Verify that a user you are logged in has a role Administrator (administrator) and does not have other roles. You need to set a greater priority for the Administrator role if your user has multiple roles.

I think this is the same issue I am dealing with on my site. I have verified that the imported users have both a usermeta?account_status?and a proper value in the?wp_capabilities?usermeta. I am logged in as Administrator and I do not have any other roles.

Any other suggestions?

Please also verify that imported users have a correct date in the user_registered column in the wp_users table.

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test:?How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

The users were showing well before the UM update to 2.6.8 version, and they are shown if I deactivate UM, but not leaving it as the unique active plugin, so the issue is with UM itself, not in other plugin or theme.

Anyway, the information you request about de DB is correct.

And I am the site administrator with that role.
