Error View ___ may not exist

Preview in the plugin interface displays posts just fine, but when I paste the shortcode into a page it gives me the following error: Error: View 3b8089d9d8 may not exist

I saw that this is the same issue as this post from 10 months ago, but no followup: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/error-view-d9933fcr3v-may-not-exist/

Any idea what the issue could be?
