Error w new form

    New form created merely as a newsletter sign-up, but received error below. Works on my other client site.

    WP 4.9.5
    GF v2.3.1.1
    CC plugin v3.1
    Chrome 66.0.3359.139

    I changed to NinjaForms..after all these years since there was no reply from GF.
