    Do you mean that when you click “Save” or “Update” on the provided link, you get a white screen?

    What PHP version and WordPress version are you using, and can you tell me what other plugins that are active on your site?

    Do you have access to the PHP error log on your site? When a white screen occurs in WordPress, it means that something went wrong in the code, most likely an incompatibility error.

    This error should show up in the logs, which would greatly help me to find out exactly what happened.
